Job Description

To join our hotel team, we are now looking for a motivated and client-focused customer service representative. The front-facing employee will represent the hotel by giving our visitors outstanding service and guaranteeing their contentment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a Customer Service Representative for our hotel will be as follows:

Greeting visitors and helping them with the check-in and check-out processes.
Providing details about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
Addressing requests, questions, and issues from guests in a considerate and professional way.
Help with reservations, hotel assignments, and special requirements for visitors.
Responding quickly and efficiently to customer concerns and complaints.
Keeping the front desk and lobby area clean and organised.
Processing payments and ensuring that guests are accurately billed.
Coordinating with other hotel employees to see that the needs of the visitors are addressed.
Keeping detailed records of all communications and transactions with guests.
Enhancing the reputation of the hotel and its offerings.

Requirements

The following requirements must be met in order for candidates to be considered for the position of customer service representative:

Although not required, previous experience in a customer service or hospitality capacity is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A pleasant and kind attitude with a focus on the needs of the consumer.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
Computer systems and hotel reservation software know-how.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including on weekends, holidays, and in the evenings.
