Responsibilities

As a Floor Laying Foreman, your responsibilities will include

Overseeing and managing flooring projects from beginning to end.
Reading and interpreting the plans and specifications for a project.
Coordinating with the project team, which includes the subcontractors and floor layers.
Confirming the safety and quality requirements for floor installations.
Handling and maintaining equipment and tools.
Inspecting the site and resolving problems.
Managing project budgets and schedules.
Providing direction and assistance to the group.
Keeping project-related records and reports.
