Job Description

Join our team at 22G Contracting Ltd. in Grande Prairie, AB, Canada, as a Flatbed Truck Driver. We are currently looking for someone with one to less than two years of experience driving a truck and a secondary (high school) graduation certificate.

Responsibilities

As a Flatbed Truck Driver, your key responsibilities will include

  • Drive a flatbed truck to move cargo.
  • Assure prompt and safe material delivery.
  • Examine the truck both before and after the trip.
  • Protect cargo and uphold the integrity of the load.
  • Respect traffic laws and ordinances.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of flatbed truck driving experience.
  • A valid Class 1 or equivalent commercial driver’s licence.
  • Understanding of safe driving practices and truck maintenance.
  • Strong organising and communication abilities.
  • Valid work permit required
