Responsibilities:
A cultural manager’s duties include organizing cultural events & promoting arts:
- Manage artistic operations office
- Plan performances and rehearsals schedules
- Develop strategies with artistic direction
- Schedule internal and public events
- Lead meetings with technical teams
- Plan and manage additional staff
- Oversee event documentation processes
- Manage evening and weekend shifts
- Coordinate event-related organizational tasks
- Implement and communicate event plans
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Bachelor’s in arts or management
- Several years in theater experience
- Strong artistic production process knowledge
- Expertise in labor and contract law
- Proven event and project management
- IT proficiency, including MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills
- Strong negotiating and organizational skills
- Teamwork and diversity/inclusion sensitivity
