Responsibilities
Your duties as a Cook at The Royale LP will consist of the following:
- Cooking and preparing a range of food with an emphasis on flavour and presentation.
- Collaborating to develop a variety of menus with the culinary team.
- Preserving hygienic conditions and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Observing hygienic and food safety regulations.
- Keeping an eye on and managing portion sizes.
- Adhering to culinary standards and recipes.
Requirements
You must meet the following requirements to be qualified for the Cook position:
- Education: There is no need for a degree, certificate, or diploma.
- Experience: A minimum of one year and a maximum of two years working as a cook.
- Strong culinary abilities and familiarity with a variety of cooking methods.
- Capacity to cook a variety of foods.
- Paying close attention to the preparation and presentation of food.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Competent multitasking and time management techniques.
