Duties include overseeing operations, managing CNC staff, ensuring production quality & maintaining equipment efficiency:
- Bridge design and production teams
- Supervise 15 CNC operators
- Act as Deputy Production Manager
- Oversee CNC processes and output
- Support growth and optimization
