Job Description

Cleaning Supervisor Position in Canada (Whistler, BC) by Bubble Cleaning Whistler, we are seeking individual having 1-2 years experience.

Responsibilities:

Duties include supervising cleaning staff, assigning tasks & inspecting work quality:

  • Hire and train cleaning staff
  • Supervise daily cleaning activities
  • Inspect sites for cleanliness and safety
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange maintenance services
  • Process payments for special jobs
  • Assist cleaners with duties
  • Establish and manage work schedules
  • Perform light cleaning tasks

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
