Duties include reading blueprints, measuring materials, cutting wood & assembling structures:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
  • Prepare layouts using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials
  • Build foundations, floors, walls, and roofs
  • Load, unload, and transport materials

Requirements:

Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent

  • 3–5 years of carpentry experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety
  • Skilled in framing and finishing work
  • Cover letter
  • References attesting experience
