Account Manager Position in Germany (the Saarland), we are seeking customer having vocational training and have several years of experience.
Responsibilities:
An account manager’s duties include building client relationships & managing accounts:
- Process customer orders and invoicing
- Monitor and control delivery dates
- Prepare shipping documents (waybills, delivery notes)
- Handle complaints effectively
- Support customers and suppliers
- Maintain master data and perform administrative tasks
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Vocational training as office or industrial clerk
- Several years of experience in order processing
- Foreign language skills (English/French preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Sage preferred)
- Strong IT system affinity
- Cooperative, team-oriented, and committed
