Duties include managing logistics, coordinating warehouse activities, supervising staff:
- Oversee day-to-day 3PL operations
- Lead warehouse inbound, outbound, inventory management
- Manage B2B fulfillment for accuracy and timeliness
- Supervise transportation planning and execution
- Develop KPIs, SOPs, and improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead and train operations teams
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
