Roles & Resposibilties • Approval drawings preparation for Authorities submissions in Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Development Authority, building facilities management and coordinate/ follow up with client and authorities till obtain the necessary permits and NOCs. • Handling online portal of Dubai Civil Defense (24x7) Smart Monitoring System. • Ensuring appropriate measurements of site and assessment of materials as per bill of quantities. • Site inspections and ensure that the work is as per project specifications. • Maintaining the safety procedures on-site as per health safety and environment (HSE) standards. • Preparation of Quotations/Invoices, work method statement and procurement of exact quantity based on drawings for estimation. • Preparation of Load Schedules for electrical works and DEWA approvals. • Supervise sites and coordinate with site engineer/ sub-contractors for smooth flow of work and all other site related issues. • Respond quickly and efficiently to all clients to maintain the best customer relationship. • Monitored project progress and proper handover of the site after completing Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting testing/commissioning report and issuance of completion certificate.
Roles & Resposibilities • Responsible for the efficient operation of receiving areas, shipping areas, supply storerooms, warehouses, and stock issue stations in accordance with applicable supply procedures and verbal instructions. • Sets up and maintains efficient storage and supply areas as assigned. • Maintains authorized stock levels and issues materials as required. • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department. • Received incoming stock items for storage and distribution within the department • Unpacked merchandise, equipment, supplies, materials • Labeled items with electronic markers, labeling equipment. • Work with a team to develop a more efficient way to operate, while monitoring, ordering and tracking inventory daily to ensure necessary materials and equipment are available for operation.
