• Develop the detailed program of works and prepare the submission package as specified in the Contract and revise this program during construction as required.<br /> • Load the anticipated income to the program activities and generate cash flow projections that will be provided to the Project Manager for further processing.<br /> • Load the required Manpower and Equipment to the program activities and generate tables and histogram with the anticipated project requirements<br /> • Generate the schedules of Manpower and Equipment that will be forwarded to the Operations Centre of the Company<br /> • Load the major quantities to the program activities and monitor key performance indicators as agreed with the Project Manager and the Senior Planning Manager<br /> • Collect from site all necessary information and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.<br /> • Develop further detailed internal program as well methods of construction for major items of the Project<br /> • Identify delay situations and in coordination with the Commercial Manager of the project maintain a list with the delay events/areas of concern that will be included in the Monthly Progress Report.<br /> • Review all the documents (Letters, Request for Information, Site Inspection Request, Variation Orders, Drawings etc.) and identify the ones related to the delay events that will be used for preparation of claims for extension of time<br /> • Experienced with implementation of standard methods of delay analysis (As Planned Impacted, Time Impacts Analysis etc.) for the preparation of claims for extension of time.</p> <p>
