Preparation of sample batch/Approval Batch for bulk production. • Different type of dyeing wash (reactive dyeing, sulfur dyeing, dischargeable dyeing on PFGD fabric) • Matching of dyeing loads using lab matching recipes and corrective approach. • usage of preventive and corrective approaches to streamline the processes. • Recipe Preparation for bulk production. • Chemical Trial Loads for different customers and presenting its final results to Management. SoP’s Preparation and Implementation. • Hand on knowledge about international standards of auditing companies like OEKOTEX etc. Training the Machine Operator regarding health and safety issues and safe Handling of chemicals.
Production of demineralized water using RO and electrolysis technique • Testing of water and coal in quality assurance lab during internship. • Making od PFD’s and P&ID’s of water filtration process. • Demonstration of ion exchange method for deionization of water.
