Currently I am working as a marketing manager with Azma contracting where I look after the following area,

To Collaborate with engineers, architects etc to determine the specifications of the project

To mobilize the funds required to execute the projects efficiently through various financial institutions and private parties.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

While working with Standard Chartered Bank UAE in corporate commercial, Dubai Islamic bank uAE, Union National Bank UAE as RM/ Assistant Relationship Manager/CA for both corporate and mid corporate clients I have handled a portfolio of USD900M assests, managed existing clients and on boarding new customers also.I am very vigilant go getter in terms of new business , credit lines utilizations and portfolio management.
