ACCOUNTANT

· Recording and Posting Entries of the transaction in Business Application.· Managing all the activities of accounts payable and receivable.· Maintaining Petty cash and all other cash/bank transactions.· Proper filing of receipts and payments invoices of the business.· Making cheques for the vendors and suppliers.· Preparing Payment Vouchers and journal vouchers as required.· Preparing cash flow analysis and budget preparation.· Verifying and cross-checking Bank reconciliation statement once in a month and transferring salaries of the workers in their respective bank accounts through WPS system.· Overviewing P&L A/c and Balance Sheet monthly and yearly as per the records submitted in Business Application.· To manage the Customers/vendors accounts outstanding payments and receipts with confidential.· To resolve their queries of o/s Balances and Statement of accounts through mails or calls and follow ups as well.· Respond to the superiors on every Mail and answer them about the account’s statements if they are in need.· Important thing is to achieve the workflow in time and posting accurate entries in their appropriate accounts otherwise financial report will get fluctuated in amounts and it will not get tally in balance sheet.· Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operation by keeping financial information very confidential.
