As an Assistant Agriculture Officer who is well trained and have good experience I promised to do my best on the following: Encourage farm managers to adopt best practice techniques by providing exposure to new knowledge, information, skills, inputs and processes; Organize and manage field days, speak at grower groups, write fact sheets and publications, present courses; Collaborate with primary producers in industry development and research trials.
