Duties and skills
Bank reconciliation
Monthly management report and financial analysis
Receivables Aged report.
Filling VAT before deadline on 20th of every month
Ensure all invoice are well booked at month end and compare with Z report.
Post all the expenses before month end.
Post Payroll and statutory eg PAYE, SDL,NSSF and WCF
Keeping proper records and filling all the document eg Statutory
Ensure all the transaction posted are reflected in the Trial Balance, and the TB has balance as well.
Assist on proving information (facts) during auditing.
Follow up on issues requested by client eg Renew of Business license, TIN
All other duties assigned by supervisor.
