Registration of pregnant woman in community. ANC , PNC and identification of high risk pregnancy. TT vaccination of pregnant and lactating woman. Provision of NFIs (CDK , NBK , FHK etc) .in community. Maintaining accurate registration and data record of all services including supplies. Field visits to improve immunization coverage. implementation of the routine EPI activities and the work of the Polio Office. Prepares reports on the results of the field visits and progress of vaccination coverage. Progress reports and project work plans are timely prepared. immunization of the targeted children, pregnant women and women in Child-Bearing Age (CBA),Zero Dose, Defaulter and Refusal.

Nutrition Assistant is to provide support to the field Assistants/ community nutrition workers in the Project’s Communities in implementing the nutrition interventions (Community Management of Malnutrition [CMAM] and Infant and Young Child Feeding [IYCF]) while integrating with other sectoral interventions. Ensure quality of nutrition screening for children under-5 conducted by Community Nutrition Mobilizers in target Communities. Provision of Outreach OTP Services in target communities together with the outreach team. Ensure quality of IYCF counselling sessions provided individual level and group sessions. With support from the Nutrition Officer, ensure quality cooking food demonstration sessions are conducted in Project supported Communities. Ensure that community nutrition interventions (MUAC screening and Referral, IYCF (MSGs, food demonstrations) and hygiene promotion are integrated. Build capacity of CNMs/ field Assistants and Mother Leaders by providing on-the-job training on CMAM and IYCF. Support Project level nutrition assessment/surveys as approved by Donor. Support quality data collection of activities conducted in the Communities. Promote increasing awareness of appropriate nutrition behaviours in project communities by ensuring behaviour change materials are visible in FFP supported communities and health facilities. Ensure quality and timely reporting on all areas of implementation. Liaise closely with the MEAL team so as to understand the project outcomes. Support the development of case studies and success stories from programme implementation. Any other additional responsibility as communicated by the supervisor

Coordinate activities on different topics in support of the medical activities; this might include promoting medical services, hygiene promotion, information on subjects linked to maternal health, malnutrition, malaria, HIV/AIDS, Ebola and so on Define and update the HP strategy and related activities through an annual project and budget plan (objectives, target population, campaigns, messages, activities, etc.) Analyses and understand local behavior and/or practices to adapt health activities to the target group (support social mapping, use of specific tools to measure and follow up activities).Assess and adapt materials according to the needs of the project Liaise with other relevant actors to enhance campaigns Manage, train and supervise the HP team through activities such as recruitment, defining job descriptions, capacity building, briefing/debriefing and evaluation of staff Be familiar with protocols for sexual and gender-based violence and ensure their application (e.g. referring victims to the medical team for treatment) Contribute to monthly reports according to guidelines (statistical reports, etc.)

Preparing medical equipment and exam rooms for procedures. To administering drugs or injections in accordance with a doctor’s orders. performing diagnostic tests, including blood testing. Updating patient records and entering medical data in electronic health record systems. Helping with medical procedures like injections, wound care, and other therapies. Coordinating the provision of patient care, including appointment setting, advice, and diagnostic procedures. Educating and counselling patients on their medical issues, therapies, and preventative measures.
