Conducting site visits for verification of maintenance and operations. Providing inputs to the Master Developer’s and Planning regarding new landscaping projects when required. Management of service providers in terms of quality of preventive and reactive maintenance. Managing the Hand-Over Process for new landscaping projects. Managing and attend client’s complaints to reach resolution within the key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure best service quality possible. Implement measures to reduce the irrigation and maintenance costs for landscaping. Develop maintenance strategy for the Landscaping/Irrigation maintenance to ensure appropriate service quality and minimum cost of utilities’ consumption. Supervision of the soft landscape services provided by in house and/or the outsourced company. Handing over and snags - Visit sites with contractor and prepare reports providing all details /comments. Ensure landscape services are delivered as per the contract. Irrigation - Checking the entire network and report if found any issue to the irrigation system. Assist to Manage the site and ensure Safety, Functionality, Preparedness and Manpower Efficiency is utmost at any given time Be responsible for the cost effective rostering of site supervisors and the direct labour reporting to the site supervisors. Ensure an accurate stock-take is undertaken on a quarterly basis along with management, projects, and maintenance of all equipment. Preparing all sales proposals according to company standard Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate services are rendered to all areas. Orientate, train, develop, and supervise of all supervisory staff under span of control. Regularly inspect and evaluate physical condition of equipment and facilities Report unsafe conditions and conduct research to improve service quality and safety standards. Conduct regular site staff meetings to coordinate operational activities. Schedule major project work, assuring that adequate staff and supplies are available to perform said tasks.
