Directing and leading Production, Maintenance, Materials & Demand Planning to deliver the operations vision right first time along with great services. Ensure robust assumption based demand plans are in place for 13-weeks, rolling 18 months and 3-years plan at the relevant SKU hierarchy. Liaise with sales, marketing, supply chain, quality, projects to develop plans with a medium-term (up to 12 weeks) forward view and associated weekly delivery plan. Analyze root causes prohibiting performance achievement, provide improvements in terms of technical or process solutions based on operation data analysis. Drive visible performance management; use KPI’s to track progress, monitoring actual performance versus plan promoting awareness to drive improvement. Manage, implement and continuously review purchasing strategies for key raw, packaging and consumables materials by supply planning, ensure proper flow of goods, maintain stock levels and minimize over inventory or waste.
Plan, schedule & close various types of maintenance work orders and follow up the ongoing work. Monitor breakdowns, machines log sheet reports and maintenance actions to identify recurring defects and provide root cause data analysis. Cater unscheduled maintenance situations to maximize the plant availability for scheduled operations. Ensure continuous coverage of spare parts, equipment, tools & machineries, manage spare parts inventory using Sage Line 500 & Pragma Onkey 4. Parts and machines procurement: communicate with suppliers, negotiate best price and Leadtime. Manage spare parts warehouse. Identify the maintenance risk and opportunities and the relative corrective actions. Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work and report the maintenance expenses and performance indicator. Administrating the enterprise asset management ERP system (PRAGMA ON KEY4). Update spare parts stock profile and any new asset in the system. Present the weekly maintenance and production meeting to discuss the maintenance issues and plans and shutdown. Create the department stock status, KPI, expenses, maintenance work orders back log, pending work orders, staff utilization, plant OEE & OPP reports
Work with mechanical and electrical teams to complete knowledgeable inspection and skilled repair. Review technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair. Diagnose, troubleshoot machines breakdown, repair the failure within time frame. Dismantle defective machines and equipment installed new or repaired parts. Lead commissioning technician teams in new machine or equipment installation. Manage maintenance technicians, provide daily tasks and monitor their completion and performance.
