Work & Experience
• To act as a focal person for all Citizen Voice Project (CVP) related activities and correspondence in district Larkana. • Responsible for effective execution of project activities in Larkana district and management of the project team and volunteers. • To provide assistance to Project Manager in identifying key personnel’s who will be the members of District Electoral Reforms Group (DERG) and volunteers for conduction of the research work. • To conduct interviews of District Election Commissioner, Delimitation Commission Member Interview and interviews of the office bearers of top five political parties. • Responsible for all the administrative task of project activities, meetings, trainings and events of Larkan district. • To Conduct DERG and volunteers groups’ project orientation and conduction of regular meetings. • To submit the narrative report All project activities to the Project Manager on monthly basis. • To possess good verbal and written communication skills and conflict resolution competency to manage inter-group dynamics and mediate conflicting interests of varied stakeholders.
Assess • Ensure that the programme plan reflects the identified needs and priorities of beneficiaries and that any need for a change in direction of the programme is documented in reports. Monitor • Monitor the performance of the partner NGOs on a continuous basis, assessing the quality of the work, targeting of beneficiaries and general progress. • Monitor the programme inputs, activities, outputs, implementation process and continued relevance of the programme. • Ensure the quality of the work of partner NGOs is satisfactory, liaising with the GOAL Pakistan Technical staff as necessary. • Feedback information from site visits and ensures that learning from site assessments is formally documented and reported. • Gather independent information on beneficiary needs and priorities through regular assessments and surveys, using appropriate participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools. • Alert Managers to any problems and provide suggestions for corrective action. Evaluate • Compare planned achievements with actual achievements at agreed programme milestones • Assess outputs in relation to inputs; results in relation to cost, the overall relevance of the programme, the impact and sustainability of the programme • Provides managers with strategy and policy options • Internal and/or external analysis by programme managers, supervisors, community stakeholders, donors, and/or external evaluators
