Job Description

Quantity Surveyor Required in Germany (Pirna), we are hiring individual having degree in civil field along with knowledge of VOB procedures.

Responsibilities:

Duties include preparing cost estimates, measuring construction quantities:

• Prepare construction cost estimates
• Analyze quantities and project budgets
• Review supplier and subcontractor offers
• Support tenders and contract evaluations
• Monitor costs during project execution
• Assist in change order management

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

• Degree or qualification in construction/civil field
• Knowledge of VOB procedures
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent German language skills
• Cost-conscious and detail-oriented
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
