Responsibilities:
Duties include developing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, supervising compliance:
- Implement and manage HSE framework
- Draft and supervise risk assessments
- Coordinate audits and corrective actions
- Conduct HSE training and awareness programs
- Analyze incidents and recommend actions
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Logistics
- Monitor HSE KPIs and report to management
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Degree in Engineering, Safety, Chemistry, Food Tech, or Environmental Sciences
- 7–10 years experience in relevant industries
- Advanced knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and ISO standards
- Experience in machine safety, LOTO, chemicals, ergonomics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organizational and change management ability
- Knowledge of HSE IT tools
- Willingness to travel to Perugia plant
- Languages: Italian (C1), English (B2+/C1)
