Duties include estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, managing budgets & monitoring construction expenses:
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimates
- Handle interim valuations and variations
- Manage tenders, quotations, and inquiries
- Coordinate Civil and MEP quantity surveying
- Use AutoCAD for project documentation
Requirements:

- Background in contracting companies
- Strong knowledge in Civil & MEP work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BOQ, and valuations
