Responsibilities:

Duties include preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets & conducting feasibility studies:

• Conduct interim valuations
• Evaluate variations and claims
• Prepare quotations for tenders
• Coordinate with Civil & MEP teams
• Use AutoCAD for quantity take-off
• Handle tender inquiries and pricing

Requirements:

Below are the job requirement for job:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Qatar
• Contracting company background
• Strong Civil & MEP knowledge
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Expertise in BOQ and valuations
• Excellent communication skills
