Duties are assisting clients in buying, selling & renting properties:
- Support portfolios with commercial tasks
- Serve as contact for tenants and owners
- Manage receivables and dunning procedures
- Negotiate and monitor service providers
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Provide reporting and support reporting
- Prepare utility bills and audits
Requirements:
Below are the job requirement for job:
- Completed commercial training (real estate preferred)
- Several years of real estate experience
- Mobility (driver’s license class 3)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Property management program knowledge (desirable)
- Independent, team-oriented, self-responsible
- Calm under pressure
- High initiative and commitment
- Professional appearance
