Job Description

Hiring Retail Store Supervisor in Qatar (Winnipeg, MB), we are looking for individual having 1-2 years of experience & have secondary school certification.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, supervise & train staff:

  • Order and manage store merchandise
  • Authorize merchandise returns as needed
  • Establish and adjust staff work schedules
  • Sell merchandise and assist customers
  • Organize and maintain store inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities
  • Manage cash and store transactions

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
