Responsibilities

Among your duties as a dishwasher will be:

Cleaning and disinfecting cookware, pots, pans, glassware, and cooking utensils.
Running dishwashing machines and checking that everything is working correctly.
Taking out and getting rid of kitchen trash.
Arranging and putting away washed cutlery and dishes.
Helping to clean the appliances and equipment in the kitchen.
Keeping the dishwashing area and kitchen spotless.
Utilising kitchen equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Providing assistance to the kitchen crew as needed.
Respecting standards for sanitation and hygiene.

Requirements

The following conditions must be satisfied for candidates to be considered for the Dishwasher position:

A diploma from secondary education (high school).
One to seven months of dishwasher experience that is relevant.
A focus on the little things and a dedication to keeping the kitchen tidy and orderly.
Capacity to operate effectively in a hectic kitchen setting.
Physical endurance to perform dishwashing duties and stand for extended periods of time.
Basic familiarity with kitchenware and dishwashing techniques.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Respect for health and safety regulations.
The ability to work a flexible schedule and adjust to schedule changes.
An awareness of sanitation and food safety procedures.
