The Strathmore, Alberta-based 1243211 Alberta Ltd. O/A Auto Paradise Car/Truck & Pet Wash is presently looking for a qualified Carwash Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential for making sure that our car and truck wash facilities are managed and operated effectively. A candidate with a minimum of two years and no more than three years of relevant experience is what we are searching for.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a carwash supervisor will involve:

Maintaining a high level of service while supervising daily carwash operations.
Directing and instructing employees, including car wash attendants.
Monitoring and keeping equipment in good functioning order.
Arranging and scheduling staff assignments and work shifts.
Answering consumer questions and resolving any problems or issues.
Putting in place and upholding cleaning and safety regulations.
Keeping an inventory of cleaning tools and materials.
Creating reports on financial activity and carwash performance.
Working together with management to increase service and revenue.

Requirements

Candidates should fulfil the requirements below in order to be considered for the Carwash Supervisor position:

A certificate of secondary (high) school graduation.
Two to three years’ worth of experience needed in carwash operations or a similar industry.
Proficiency with car-washing tools and techniques.
Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
Excellent skills in customer service and communication.
Vigilance and a proactive attitude in managing the carwash.
