An experienced landscaping supervisor is needed by The Landscape Artist Inc. to join our team in Foothills, Alberta, Canada. The management and supervision of landscaping projects will be crucially supervised by the landscaping supervisor.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a landscaping supervisor will involve:

Directing and managing a group of landscapers.
Coordinating and supervising landscaping projects from beginning to end.
Coordinating and carrying out landscape operations, such as irrigation, hardscaping, and planting.
Ensuring the landscaping work is done correctly and safely.
Working with customers to meet their landscaping demands.
Tracking and reporting on the timing and status of a project.
Taking care of landscaping tools, equipment, and supplies.
Maintaining safety guidelines and rules on construction sites.
Members of the landscaping staff are trained and developed.

Requirements

Candidates must fulfil the following requirements in order to be considered for the position of landscaping supervisor.

Education: A diploma from a secondary (high) school.
2 to 3 years of experience in landscaping and management positions.
Strong project management and leadership abilities.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Understanding of landscaping methods and resources.
