A committed restaurant supervisor is needed by Whiskey’s Lounge Limited to join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. In charge of directing and managing restaurant operations is the restaurant supervisor.

Responsibilities

Your duties as a restaurant supervisor will involve:

Controlling the personnel at the restaurant and guaranteeing smooth operations.
Supervising and coordinating the restaurant’s everyday operations.
Helping with restaurant staff growth and training.
Keeping an eye on client happiness and service quality.
Professional resolution of client issues and complaints.
Ordering, monitoring, and keeping an eye on the inventory.
Ensuring that health and safety rules are followed.
Coordinating workforce numbers and shift schedules.
Collaborating with restaurant management to accomplish goals.

Requirements

Candidates must fulfil the requirements below in order to be considered for the post of restaurant supervisor.

Education: A diploma from a secondary school (high school) or an equivalent level of experience.
Experience: 7 to 12 months working as a relevant restaurant manager or supervisor.
Strong management and leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The capacity to inspire and guide a group.
Understanding of restaurant operations and service to customers.
