Organising the hiring process, including the job posting, interview, and onboarding procedures.
Providing direction on managing performance, resolving conflicts, and employee relations.
Directing the functions of payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Organising and carrying out training and professional development initiatives.
Ensuring adherence to regulations, employment standards, and labour laws.
Directing the HR team and working with other departments.
HR metrics are tracked and analysed to inform better HR practises.
Supporting programmes for diversity and inclusion and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

To be considered for the Human Resources Manager position, candidates should meet the following criteria

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar subject, or the equivalent work experience.
A minimum of three to five years’ worth of HR management expertise.
