We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at Der Wachtelkönig, a well-established public club gastronomy with a strong focus on events.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the entire restaurant operation
- Lead and coordinate service and kitchen staff
- Plan staff schedules and manage personnel deployment

Requirements
