Job Description
A catering company in Doha, Qatar is hiring a Catering Supervisor to act as the principal representative for an entire project site. This is a full-time position for an experienced supervisor; the salary will be decided after the interview. The role carries complete responsibility for daily site operations, from the kitchen to staff lodging.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold key control and represent the company across the whole project site
- Manage daily operations of the storeroom, kitchen, dining rooms, and lodging facilities
- Oversee food delivery and transportation
- Orient new and incoming employees to their assigned tasks
- Plan employee schedules and prepare operational reports
- Organize staff training and supply requisitions
- Maintain inventory control, recipes, and cost control
- Uphold safety and health standards on site
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant catering or site supervision experience
- Proven ability to run daily site operations and lead staff
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Male candidate; Asian nationality (as stated in the ad)
